Flows is an ongoing series of works on paper, initiated in 2022. It explores subtle connections and exchanges between the human world and nature, understood as part of a shared system of relationships.
The works focus on processes of exchange, transmission, and permeability — between the body and natural elements such as water, and between myth and materiality.
The earliest works in the series refer to archetypes of femininity and to the element of water. Rivers, fish, plants, vessels, and bodies do not function as fixed symbols, but rather as carriers of meanings related to birth, abundance, and movement.
Flows remains an open project, allowing for the development of new threads and motifs in future works. Feminine Power is a group of early gouache sketches exploring feminine archetypes and elemental forms — the initial impulse that later evolved into Flows.
